I grew up in the Henryetta area, went to school at Dewar, and later attended Rogers State. I got into this business because I saw a need for both the customer and the employee.
Our builders are J&J employees, they're not employed by the foreman, and are held to a J&J standard. We treat them to a higher level. We provide the best and most current tools to get the job done, we don't require our builders to provide their own, and we pay well and want our workers to feel like family.
While many teams are still hand driving nails, we rarely do so. We use battery powered nailers or a jumbo nailer that drives a 5” nail.
Most importantly, we have a culture of respect. You’ll hear our guys say things like: "Thank you" and "Please" on the job. These little things go a long way!
Ron has 'barn' in his name, what else do we need to say? In all seriousness, he brings 20+ years experience to the table. He is an incredible builder who is teaching our next generation of foremen, and the first of many employees we plan to take very good care of!
Call, text, email, or come by the office anytime! We look forward to working with you!
